What warranty do you offer on your products?

All our products come with a comprehensive 3 year return-to-base warranty.

What does your warranty cover?

Our warranty covers functional defects in the hardware we provide. It includes parts and labour for the duration of the warranty period. For warranty claims, items must be returned to us for repair or replacement if remote resolution isn't possible.

What is NOT covered by the warranty?

The warranty does not cover:
