This Fujitsu PM893 solid-state drive (SSD) offers 960GB storage capacity in a 2.5" small form factor with a 7mm height. It features a SATA-3 6Gb/s interface, compatible with earlier SATA versions.

Equipped with Samsung 128-layer V-NAND TLC flash memory and the Samsung Metis MKX controller, this SSD provides read-intensive performance with sequential speeds up to 550 MB/s read and 520 MB/s write.

It supports 98,000 read IOPS and 30,000 write IOPS with an endurance rating of approximately 1 DWPD over 5 years (1,752 TBW) and an MTBF of 2 million hours.

Additional features include enterprise-grade power-loss protection, SMART support, AES 256-bit full disk encryption, TCG/Opal V2.0, and IEEE1667 encrypted drive support. The package includes an M2/M3/M4 compatible caddy for easy installation.
